About Eloy Carmenate

Raised in Miami, Eloy’s career in real estate has developed as exponentially as his home city. Beginning in property management he quickly found himself at the center of a luxury property boom and has since become an instrumental figure in the growth of Miami Beach. Entrepreneurial by nature, he became the exclusive sales agent for 1500 Ocean Drive and Il Villaggio and founded his own record-breaking brokerage amid the condos of South Beach. From there he became Senior Vice President of One Sotheby’s Ocean Drive for 6 years and then recruited by Douglas Elliman before moving to The Corcoran Group.
